Controls

w/a/s/d or up/down/left/right - Run around.
space/return/x - Select a nexus world or, enter a portal, pickup, use or equip an item.
z - Navigate menu up.
c - Navigate menu down.
escape - Open the nexus menu (when dreaming). Hold down to quit.
left-shift/right-shift - Hold down to walk.
f11 - Enter fullscreen.
